Earth and environmental sciences

Monitoring the environment and adherence to international treaties.
This site informs you, almost in real-time, of seismic events occurring in the European Mediterranean zone.

This information is enhanced by scientific reports, weekly summaries and a directory presenting the competencies of the Department of Analysis, Surveillance and Environment of the DAM in monitoring seismic events, detection of radionuclides, measurement of atmospheric phenomena and design of sensors and associated networks.

Nuclear physics

Theoretical and experimental nuclear physics are areas of excellence at the DAM
This site is directed at people interested in this area of physics, K 8-12 students, college students, researchers, etc.,
who will find detailed information on the research themes tackled by the DAM and experiments in progress, as well as a nuclear database.
For the first time anywhere in the world, this database presents theoretical predictions for nearly 7,000 isotopes, presented in graphic form. Offers for internships, PhDs and postdoctoral positions are also posted.
